Day 66 with LL

Third night in a row we've been to bed late. Parenting fail. I feel like we need another weekend to recoup after this "weekend." 

LL's quotes:

- "Well, that's the first time I've ever been wrong!"

- "I used to catch baby chickens and put them in my bathing suit."

- (Walking back to the dressing room with Jan) "I told you I'd like the other dress better. You can't even do the splits in this one!"

- Bry: "I'm playing bass guitar next Sunday." LL: "Yeah, that's your Father's Day present from the church."

- (After seeing a picture of Marilyn Monroe at Ross) "She is NOT appropriately dressed."

About Us: 

We began our foster journey in mid-August 2013. We finished our classes in October, had our home study in early January, and we were licensed on February 7, 2014. After seven calls from CPS, we received our first placement, a 7-year-old girl (our Little Lady, or LL for short) on April 3, 2014.
